App does not work. Waste of money.

I didnt think it was possible that an app could work worse than that of NPRs main app. How wrong I was…. This one worked fine for a day, now all it does is crash. Ill be more than happy to update this review when they fix it, but until then, please dont waste your money on it.

Paid for the app, downloaded it, downloaded a few episodes and it doesnt work at all. I hit play and it does nothing. Worthless app!

I am baffled that they cant fix this. The app is garbage. It crashes constantly, it randomly jumps backward 30-60 seconds at least twice every episode, it wont play at all over Bluetooth unless you first force quit every other app that might compete (Spotify, YouTube, Safari). It cant possibly be this hard to get a working app -- podcasts done from parents basements have more reliable apps than this. I would gladly pay $2.99 for an app that worked vs. a free app that doesnt.

9 times out of 10 that I try to use this app itll crash. Half the times it crashes 10 minutes into playing an episode; sometimes it crashes while browsing around. I tried clean installs and all that.

If youve never listened to this show, you should check out a few episodes. It is an amazing show that looks into the world in s different way. There are stories about science, medicine, history, philosophy, social studies, famous people, infamous people, and pretty much any other interesting topic. Im not sure why the app only has two stars. Its well worth the purchase to get all of those podcasts!

I like Radiolab. The app reminds of the game MYST. The problem for me is that the app doesnt work. On my telephone, when I try to open a podcast, the app crashes. If the app didnt crash, I would use it however Id rather the file system be less cute and more functional. Im sure that the design was well intentioned, Id just rather look in files and find what I seek without having to play a game.

The app has not aged or scaled well. Currently has a bug that gets the scroll stuck on the news article section. Please burn this app to the ground and start over

I paid for this app because I like to listen to radio lab episodes when Im on a long road trip with no radio or cell data, but the download function will not work for me! It has the appearance that its trying to download but nothing ever does no matter how many times Ive tried or how long I wait! Sooooo frustrated

Cant download any episodes in this app. Regret that I paid for this. Ugly representation of the radio lab team to have sold this to listeners then walked away from it.

In reference to the title... ....itself. A lot. Ive never seen an app that crashes as much as this app does. Ive never really regretted a purchase less than five dollars before; until now. Please... For the love of God, fix these issues. It cant truly be so difficult, as every other app on the marketplace doesnt have this issue. I love your content, Im just very unhappy with the performance of your app.

This app crashes every time I open it

I love RadioLab... But the latest version of this app is HORRIBLE! The download function is broken and gets stuck on "waiting" for all episodes, also the screen spontaneously resizes for a split second each time you tap the episode list, which is really annoying and adds to the overall buggy feel... Too bad a fraction of the effort put in to the show couldnt be spared to dev and test before release...

Please fix this app!

I NEED MY DAILY FIX! Will not download.

Its truly a shame that such an amazing show could have such an atrocious app. To say the least, it is extremely buggy. My suggestion to the developers is to remove all the flashy, unnecessary interface graphics and just give us the shows.

I love the beautiful graphics of this app, but it has always been buggy. Now, since updating my phone, it doesnt work at all. It crashes every time I try to listen to a show. Deleting the app and downloading it again--twice--did no good. Useless!

The free version is fine. Not sure I would pay for this. Content is excellent. As most techs seem to be there is a high level of incompetence. Really surprised that we havent been nuked

Love this program, but app crashes

Worst app I have ever used. Shuts down automatically each time I try to play an episode. Incites fury, not entertainment. Dont waste your money.
